This watercolor on paper board is in very good original condition, unframed, and measures app. 18" X 24", signed Ney,'62.

He was a member of the Philadelphia Art Alliance, and exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, National Academy of Design, and the Butler Art Institute.
