Harry Osaki (1904-1985) was a talented and highly respected gold and silversmith who made a significant impact in the realm of fine and wearable art. After studying sculpture and fine arts at the University of Southern California in 1945, he opened his shop in Pasadena, California, around 1950. Osaki was particularly renowned for his flatware, and his jewelry is considered incredibly rare and highly collectible. He was one of the pioneers of the wearable art movement on the West Coast, and his work is held in prestigious collections, such as the Smithsonian among others.
