Lloyd Ray Ney, American, Pa. 1893 - 1964 Ney lived and worked in New Hope, Pa. Studied - Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts Winner of the Cresson Prize WPA commissions Ney's non-objective paintings were included in 15 years of exhibitions at the Guggenheim Museum [ 1947 - 1955]. This watercolor on paper board is in very good original condition
