Victor David Hecht, b. Paris, lived in NYC, 1873 - 1931. Studied - Académie Julian-Student, Art Students League of New York. Exhibited - Pa. Academy, Art Institute of Chicago, Society of Independent Artists, National Academy of Design, Corcoran Gallery etc. This early modernist watercolor is pencil signed and dated 1926. Image measures - 10 1/2" x 15". Condition - very good |
